Home News 2014 City of Lyndhurst, Ohio Pool Pass Sales Begin May 22nd 2014 Rereleased: 5/14/2014     Pool Pass Sales: 2014 City of Lyndhurst, Ohio Pool Passes will go on sale Thursday, May 22nd 2014 at Lyndhurst City Hall from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.   You must show proof of residency (such as a utility bill), at this time.   Attention all 2013 Lyndhurst swim pass holders who have last year's swim passes: This year you will be able to easily reactivate your passes via U.S. mail - no need to stand in line.   Simply follow the steps below: Print and fill out the 2014 Swim Pass Registration Form. Make a photo copy of your driver's license and one current utility bill (First page only.) Include a check (checks only) made payable to "City of Lyndhurst". Mail all of the above to: Lyndhurst Finance Department, Attn: Melissa, 5301 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst, Ohio 44124. Upon receipt of the above, all passes will be reactivated.*   * Please note that reactivation via mail is only available to those who have last year's pass available for re-use.
