Leaf Pick-Up Information, Holiday Schedule for Trash / Recycling Pick-Up, Snow Plows

The City of Lyndhurst will be vacuuming piles of leaves from the tree lawns. Leaf pick up will not be on a set schedule, but, instead will be on an "as needed" basis. Projection on leaf fall, at this time, indicates that vacuum pick up will start about mid - October. At peak volume times, your street will be posted. The Emerald Ash Borer is a small, metallic green, non-native invasive pest whose larvae feast on the trunks of ash trees, ultimately disrupting their ability to transport nutrients and causing the tree's eventual decline and death.
