The City of Lyndhurst, Ohio will be accepting Harvest for Hunger donations throughout the month of March.

Donations may be dropped off at Lyndhurst City Hall Lobby.

Harvest for Hunger is an annual awareness campaign aimed at fighting hunger in 21 of Ohio’s counties. It is a joint effort of the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank, Greater Cleveland Food Bank, Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley and Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio.

Although the most-needed donation is always monetary, the following food items are also essential to local hunger centers:

  • Peanut Butter

  • Tuna Fish

  • Canned Vegetables

  • Canned Soup

  • Cereal

  • Beef Stew

  • We also encourage the donation of items low in sodium and sugar.

Thank you for being a Harvest for Hunger Champion!
