The Regional Income Tax Agency (also known as R.I.T.A.) is accepting resumes for the position of full-time Chief of Tax Operations. This dynamic executive management position serves as a key member of the management team and reports to the Chief Executive Director. This position also has considerable interface with city departments. This position utilizes a professional and disciplined approach to directing the business units for tax processing and operations and supports the marketing services and member relations efforts.
 
The preferred candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills and have extensive management experience, including managing staff of over 75 employees and a demonstrated ability to effectively deal with day to day administrative issues. Additionally, candidates should have a strong desire to contribute to a successful team.
 
The minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or closely related field; certified public accounting licensure in the State of Ohio, supplemented by a minimum of ten (10) years previous experience that includes a strong background in municipal income tax collection, experience in federal and state taxation laws and supervision of a large staff.
