Since 1978, Tri-City Consortium on Aging has provided services and programs to older adults living in the communities of South Euclid, Lyndhurst and Highland Heights. In 2011 we added the city of Mayfield Heights to our service area and began to consider options for a name that was more inclusive of a fourth city. We have happily embraced Community Partnership on Aging. In coming months we'll be changing letterhead and adopting a new logo. We'll continue to provide the same quality programs and services using the skills of our current staff.   Beginning January 12th, our website can be accessed using www.communitypartnershiponaging.org and all employee email extensions will change to @communitypartnershiponaging.org (from @tri-cityseniors.org).
