When it comes to warm-weather concerts, Legacy Village has it all - with over 40 concerts scheduled every Friday and Saturday from May 27 through September 3 - from pop to classic rock to blues, swing and Latin - all as part of the Legacy Live concert series.

Legacy Village is celebrating its eighth concert season in 2011, further solidifying its position as one of the area's top warm-weather places to be for live music, dining and shopping galore. "The concerts really help to showcase just how Legacy Village has virtually become a regional town center. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the community gatherings that many of us remember as children. The center's Lawn area comes alive with couples and families who have made the concerts a summer tradition," said General Manager Marcie Gilmore.

Friday and Saturday concerts are scheduled from 7 to 10 p.m. In addition, live music will be offered on select Sundays as a part of Legacy Village's other signature events including Art in the Village on June 4/5 and September 24/25, The Taste of Legacy on August 28, and more.

"In addition to the concerts, other events scheduled throughout the year have helped make Legacy Village one of Northeast Ohio's most popular, family-friendly gathering places," Gilmore added. "It's a very relaxed atmosphere. Families and couples stroll along Legacy Village's brick-paved streets. Some take in dinner before or during the concerts, while others can be seen enjoying ice cream, a chocolate-covered apple, cookie or coffee."
