Shoppers at Legacy Village now have the opportunity to look like their favorite celebrity just by adding a touch of sparkle to their wardrobes. Celebrity Jewelz opened this week and features high-quality costume jewelry and ladies accessories, inspired by well-known personalities – from both the past and present - Bette Davis, Marilyn Monroe, Jennifer Aniston and Paris Hilton, to name a few.

"We are so excited to be here and we think people will find our jewelry to be beautiful and unique," said Celebrity Jewelz owner Lon Elsass. "We are really happy to have everything in place for the holidays, which is a time when people like to add a little pizzazz to their attire."

The store initially will carry 10 different collections, including the “Hollywood Collection,” which is a line of jewelry containing exact replicas of pieces inspired by movie stars of the Golden Age of Hollywood, such as Vivien Leigh and Ingrid Bergman. Jacqueline Kennedy is the inspiration behind another line, which carries replicas of pieces owned, worn and loved by the former First Lady. The new store also carries the “Red Carpet Collection,” the “Museum Collection,” Tiffany and Chanel inspired jewelry and several lines for children.

Celebrity Jewelz History
Elsass got the idea to open a store after becoming successful showcasing the licensed jewelry at in-home parties. After clients started to request more of his jewelry, he opened a small store at the Hartville MarketPlace in Ohio.

"The Hartville store has done so well that we wanted to do something more," he explained.

Elsass said it had always been a dream to have a store at Legacy Village because of its location and mixture of stores, and is thrilled to be able to reach a different audience in Northeast Ohio.
