Heritage Home Program: Excellent Terms for Home Improvement Loans Released: 1/26/2009 Print   Close   The City of Lyndhurst has partnered with the Cleveland Restoration Society to offer low-interest home rehabilitation loans for homeowners of properties 50 years or older.   Our Heritage Home Program(SM) has a fixed 3.5% interest rate for up to a 10 year term and is financed through KeyBank. Many types of projects qualify including interior remodels, exterior maintenance, weatherization, mechanical systems, and more.   Since this is a restoration-based program, the house should retain a majority of its original exterior materials. The Cleveland Restoration Society also offers free technical assistance to residents throughout the city.
