Tri-City Consortium On Aging Updates
Tri-City Consortium on Aging Annual Trip Preview Show:
Wednesday January 27, 2010 from 1:30-3:30 at the Lyndhurst Community Center.
Tri-City Consortium on Aging is in need of youth and young adults who can do light snow shoveling (steps and walkways) on “as needed” basis for older individuals in South Euclid, Lyndhurst, and/or Highland Heights. This is a much-needed service which enables older adults to leave their homes for doctor appointments, lunch programs, and other important activities. If you are able to volunteer, please call Corinne Dunn, Volunteer Coordinator, at 216-291-3902.
It’s tax season again! We are happy to report that tax assistance will be available this year in each of our three cities. Preference is given to residents 60 and over although, if space allows, we will accommodate others. This is a free service, available by appointment only and limited to simple, ordinary personal tax returns.
