Due to a large portion of the city without power, a warming center has been opened at the Lyndhurst Community Center until 9:00 PM this evening. Warm drinks and light snacks will be available. Additionally, there will be a Red Cross representative and Lyndhurst CERT Team members on site to answer questions. It should be noted that First Energy is working diligently to get the power restored as soon as possible but some residents may be without power for 24 hours.
