Fire Department Announcements  Hydrant Flushing The Lyndhurst Fire Department will be flushing hydrants during the month of May. Hydrants are normally flushed during the day beginning at 0930 and ending at 1530. We would suggest that prior to doing laundry during this month; check the water to see if it is discolored. If so, let it run until it becomes clear. If clothes become stained as a result of "rusty" water, contact the Fire Department for suggestions to assist in removing the stains. |
