The City of Lyndhurst has partnered with the Cleveland Restoration Society to offer low-interest home rehabilitation loans for homeowners of properties 50 years or older. Our Heritage Home Program(SM) is now available for as low as 1.4% (interest rate) for up to a 10 year term and is financed through KeyBank.
