Moratorium Announced On Outside, Overnight Parking of Commercial Vehicles

Cicero, Jr., do hereby declare a sixty (60) day moratorium on the enforcement of outside, overnight parking of commercial vehicles, as stipulated in the Codified Ordinances, Section 1160.04 (a) (2).
