CERT Training  2008 Ongoing CERT training for current members will be held on the following Saturdays: January 26th April 19th July 26th November 1st Training sessions will be held in the Community Room of Lyndhurst City Hall and will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. Snacks will be provided. Tentative dates for training of NEW CERT Members are as follows: (Minimum of 15 confirmed participants required for class to be held.) Class 6: October 4, 11, 18, 25 Training sessions will be held in the Community Room of Lyndhurst City Hall and will take place from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Agenda: Week One: Welcome, Introduction, Unit 1 - Disaster Preparedness, Unit 7 - Disaster Psychology Week Two: Units 3 & 4 - Medical Operations Week Three: Unit 8 - Terrorism, Unit 2 - Fire Safety and Suppression, Unit 6 - CERT Team Organization Week Four: Unit 5 - Search and Rescue, Unit 9 - Review with Simulated Disaster, Graduation Please see the CERT Calendar for details regarding training sessions.
