The Lyndhurst Building Department is located next to the Service Department in a one-story masonry building across the parking lot from Lyndhurst City Hall. The Following Personnel Staff the Lyndhurst Building Department:
Tom is the City Building Commissioner. He has 35 years of code enforcement experience. He is a State licensed Chief Building Official (CBO), Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector and Plumbing Inspector.
Larry is a Building Inspector. He has 5 years of code enforcement experience. He is a State licensed Building Inspector and a Electrical Safety Inspector Trainee.
Joe began work for the city on May 1, 2006, as our “Housing Inspector”. Joe has the education and experience to help us maintain the quality and value of our housing stock. Joe is currently working on obtaining a degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
Judy is a combination office manager and secretary. She is the glue that holds the operation together. She has 15 years experience with the department.
